It looks like the snow wins again. All of the classes for 1/19 will be cancelled.

Classes Cancelled for Tuesday and Wednesday!
It looks like the snow is going to keep coming, so we will be cancelling the classes
for 1/17 and 1/18. For those of you who are new, generally we follow the Seattle Public schools for our closures. So
go have some fun in the snow and doing some sparring with a snowman :-)

Self-Defense Class series for Women set for February!
To us, self-defense is like CPR and everybody should know some basics. If you've
never thought about what you'd do in certain situations, chances are you won't do well when you are under the duress
of an attack. We will be offering a 4 week series for Women Only in basic self-defense. In this class the students
will explore different concepts, ideas, and methods around improving their safety. It will be educational, hands-on,
and even though it is a serious subject, we'll have some fun too. Here are some of the specifics:
Class
Dates: Feb. 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd.
Class Time: Thursday nights from 6:30 to 7:15pm
Cost: $50
for non-students -- $40 for current students -- Free for current Red and Blue Gloves Club members
Maximum # of Partcipants = 10

Class Schedule has been updated!
We have added a few new class times for Martial Arts and
Fitness Kickboxing classes, so go check them out. We will even be starting up an 11:30am Fitness Kickboxing class
on Monday and Wednesday, so if you need a mid-day workout this is the one for you!
